Art Director

A leader company  in online multi-vertical marketplaces is looking for a highly talented and motivated Art Director to join the Creative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design unique images: Create captivating visuals for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.

  • Manage A/B testing: Oversee the entire A/B testing process, collaborating closely with campaign managers to optimize performance.

  • Analyze trends: Constantly monitor social media trends and implement these insights into your designs.

  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with the Copywriter, Design Studio, and Video Studio to develop sharp and data-driven creatives.

  • Utilize creative data: Conduct vertical-based overviews and leverage creative data to monetize the results of creative assets.

Requirements:

  • English proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written English.

  • Experience: At least 2 years as an art director in a major advertising agency.

  • Social media expertise: Previous experience in creating social images and campaigns for platforms like Facebook and TikTok.

  • Team collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a large team.

  • Marketing experience: Background in growth/performance marketing is a significant plus.

  • Fintech experience: Experience working with fintech clients is an advantage
