A leading and fast-growing brand in the wellness, beauty, and health space is looking for a Brand Director to lead the brand vision and creative direction of a fast growing consumer brand. This role is for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with creative leadership and knows how to build a brand that people truly connect with. 
You will be responsible for shaping the brand identity, leading creative initiatives, and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all touchpoints. This role works closely with marketing, performance, product, and external partners to drive both brand impact and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and develop brand positioning, voice, and personality

  • Refine the brand story and core messaging

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive brand book

  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels including website, campaigns, content, and customer touchpoints

  • Lead the creative vision and campaign concepts

  • Develop strong creative ideas that inspire and engage audiences

  • Work closely with designers, creators, influencers, and content teams

  • Build a brand language that feels authentic, modern, and accessible

  • Influence product presentation, launches, and packaging experience

  • Help shape memorable brand experiences such as product reveals and unboxing moments

  • Ensure alignment between the brand promise and the actual customer experience

  • Partner closely with performance marketing teams

  • Contribute to brand growth metrics such as brand lift, conversion, and average order value

  • Support long term brand and retention strategy

  • Manage and guide a creative team including designers and content professionals

  • Work with external studios, freelancers, and creative partners

  • Create clear briefs and provide strong creative direction and feedback

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Brand, Creative, or Marketing leadership roles

  • Experience in DTC, consumer brands, or e-commerce companies

  • Strong storytelling and brand building skills

  • Ability to combine strategy, creativity, and execution

  • Experience leading teams and cross functional collaboration

  • Comfortable working with creative and marketing tools such as Figma and similar platforms
