PPC Campaign Manager

A digital marketing agency located in Tel Aviv, that specializes in marketing services for the Israeli market is looking for a talented PPC Campaign Manager.
You’ll manage high-budget campaigns across major digital platforms, analyze data, optimize performance, and directly impact results. The role combines hands-on work with strategic thinking and collaboration within a professional, dynamic team that values learning, innovation, and growth.
Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other platforms

Analyze performance data, track key KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPA), and deliver actionable insights

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and creative message testing

Collaborate closely with account managers to align strategy and meet business goals

Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, tools, and technologies
Requirements:

2–3 years of experience managing paid campaigns in digital advertising

Strong command of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads & Meta – required)

Excellent analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions from data

Creative mindset and the ability to craft effective ad messaging

High attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

Advanced English and Hebrew (spoken and written)

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Advantage: knowledge of GTM or GA4
