A digital marketing agency located in Tel Aviv, that specializes in marketing services for the Israeli market is looking for a talented PPC Campaign Manager.

You’ll manage high-budget campaigns across major digital platforms, analyze data, optimize performance, and directly impact results. The role combines hands-on work with strategic thinking and collaboration within a professional, dynamic team that values learning, innovation, and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other platforms

  • Analyze performance data, track key KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPA), and deliver actionable insights

  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and creative message testing

  • Collaborate closely with account managers to align strategy and meet business goals

  • Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience managing paid campaigns in digital advertising

  • Strong command of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads & Meta – required)

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions from data

  • Creative mindset and the ability to craft effective ad messaging

  • High attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Advanced English and Hebrew (spoken and written)

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Advantage: knowledge of GTM or GA4
