Location: Tel Aviv
Working hours: Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Workplace type : On-site
Employment type: Fulltime
A growing beauty, wellness and lifestyle e-commerce brand is looking for a Category Marketing Manager to build, launch and manage a new internal category from scratch (0 to 1).
The role carries end-to-end entrepreneurial and marketing ownership: from shaping the concept, building the value proposition and defining the customer journey, to coordinating all interfaces across the organization (product, operations, technology, marketing and service), while leveraging the company's existing resources and infrastructure. The work is in a dynamic environment, reporting directly to the
company's CMO.
Responsibilities:
• Building the category from 0 to 1: defining the new category, the value proposition, the operating model, the tracks and the pricing.
• Cross-organizational coordination and mobilizing company resources: leading in a matrix and syncing on an ongoing basis with Product, Operations, E-commerce, Customer Service and Finance, to build the new category on top of the company's infrastructure.
• Customer journey and marketing: defining the end-to-end customer journey (onboarding, communication with experts, retention), and building brand language, messaging and content together with the creative team.
• Managing professionals and suppliers: managing the interface with the experts and external professionals who deliver the guidance in practice.
• Measurement and continuous improvement: analyzing satisfaction metrics (NPS), feedback from first customers, and ongoing refinement of the service experience and value proposition.
Requirements:
• Professional experience: 3-7 years of brand or category management in FMCG, cosmetics,
consumer or e-commerce companies.
• Building from 0 to 1: proven experience leading an activity, product, service or category from scratch, from concept to a successful launch in the market.
• Driving interfaces: rich experience in matrix leadership and synchronizing product, operations, digital, marketing, customer service and supplier teams.
• Customer experience design: deep understanding of customer journey mapping, building value
propositions, brand language, messaging and marketing content.
• Personal skills: intrapreneurial thinking, high independence, ability to rally people without direct
management authority, and a hands-on approach.
• Advantage: experience leading service products, subscriptions or professional-guidance platforms, or a background in the wellness and lifestyle world.
