This is a key role within a vibrant and customer focused environment. The Community Associate is the face of the location and is responsible for delivering an outstanding member experience - from onboarding and daily support to long term engagement and growth.
Responsibilities:

Welcome members and their guests at the reception desk

Serve as the main point of contact for all community inquiries

Coordinate between different departments to ensure members' needs are met with the highest level of care

Oversee daily site logistics to ensure smooth operations

Assist in organizing events and community activities

Manage and communicate with external suppliers
Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service/ administrative experience - mandatory

Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to multitask
