A growing company in the dynamic and fast expanding co-working industry is looking for a Community Associate - a positive, professional, enthusiastic and creative people person to join the team.
This is a key role within a vibrant and customer focused environment. The Community Associate is the face of the location and is responsible for delivering an outstanding member experience - from onboarding and daily support to long term engagement and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome members and their guests at the reception desk

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all community inquiries

  • Coordinate between different departments to ensure members' needs are met with the highest level of care

  • Oversee daily site logistics to ensure smooth operations

  • Assist in organizing events and community activities

  • Manage and communicate with external suppliers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service/ administrative experience - mandatory

  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to perform well under pressure
