A leading and fast-growing brand in the wellness, beauty, and health space is looking for an AI Brand Content Specialist to join the marketing team.

This role is designed for the next generation of content creators - professionals who combine strong emotional storytelling with advanced use of Generative AI tools. The position focuses not only on writing content but also on building and maintaining the brand voice within AI systems, generating high volumes of creative content, and optimizing performance using data insights.

You will work closely with the marketing leadership and play a key role in shaping how the brand communicates across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Train and maintain the brand voice within AI systems to ensure consistent messaging and tone

  • Generate multiple creative variations for copy, scripts, and marketing messages using AI tools

  • Develop social-first content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn

  • Write performance-driven marketing copy and microcopy, optimizing based on campaign data and results

  • Create concepts and scripts for short-form video content (Reels, Stories, TikTok) and participate in production when needed

  • Write engaging newsletters that strengthen the relationship with the brand’s audience

  • Monitor emerging trends in AI and digital content and quickly implement relevant innovations

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in social media content creation (brand, agency, or freelance)

  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (prompt engineering and daily work with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)

  • Experience writing marketing copy, storytelling content, and newsletters

  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work (manual content or AI-assisted)

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and visual storytelling

  • Excellent Hebrew writing skills with a modern, engaging tone

  • Basic design or editing skills using tools such as Canva or CapCut

  • Strong understanding of audience behavior and content performance

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to improve content based on data insights

  • English proficiency – a significant advantage
