A global performance marketing company is looking for a talented Creative Art Director to join a fast-paced, data-driven environment and create powerful visual concepts that influence millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Design unique and high-performing visuals for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok

Manage A/B testing processes end to end in collaboration with campaign managers

Analyze social media trends and continuously translate insights into impactful creative assets

Work closely with Copywriters, Design Studio, and Video teams to create sharp, performance-oriented creatives

Conduct vertical-based creative analysis and leverage data insights to optimize monetization
-
Refine and elevate AI-generated outputs into performance-ready, high-quality designs

Take ownership of creative assets from concept through execution
Requirements:

Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English, written and spoken

4+ years of experience as an Art Director in a large advertising agency

Strong experience in creating social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and TikTok

Proven experience designing performance-driven social media imagery

Mandatory proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator

Ability to collaborate effectively within large cross-functional teams

A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, campaign execution, and high-impact social media visuals – mandatory

​Hands-on experience using AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Gemini, Sora and similar platforms to create real-world marketing assets

Strong understanding of growth and performance marketing principles – advantage
