Customer Service Representative

A dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company that produces beauty and wellness products, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing a telephone/digital response (WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.) to the company's customers.

  • Follow-up calls (customer satisfaction).

  • Full time position 

  • Working hours - Sunday-Thursday 9:00-18:00

  • Willingness to work on Friday from home once a month if necessary

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role - a significant advantage

  • Familiarity with CRM systems - an advantage

  • Proven ability to work in a computerized environment

  • Multitasking

  • Proven independent learning ability - mandatory

  • Familiarity with the Glassix system - an advantage

  • Responsibility, accuracy and ability to work under pressure - a must
