A dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company that produces beauty and wellness products, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the company.
Responsibilities:

Providing a telephone/digital response (WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.) to the company's customers.

Follow-up calls (customer satisfaction).

Full time position
-
Working hours - Sunday-Thursday 9:00-18:00

Willingness to work on Friday from home once a month if necessary
Requirements:

Experience in a similar role - a significant advantage

Familiarity with CRM systems - an advantage

Proven ability to work in a computerized environment

Multitasking

Proven independent learning ability - mandatory

Familiarity with the Glassix system - an advantage

Responsibility, accuracy and ability to work under pressure - a must
