Customer Success

A technology company in the field of customer relationship management and user experience is expanding its Customer Success team and looking for a hands-on, technically oriented Customer Success Manager to join.This is not a classic CS role. The position requires full ownership of customer accounts end to end, including implementation, configuration, training, ongoing support, and long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full implementation processes, including requirement gathering, system configuration, and project management through Go Live

  • Conduct onboarding sessions, user training, and managerial guidance

  • Build training materials and documentation

  • Provide ongoing support, including triage, troubleshooting, follow up, and escalation to Product or R&D when needed

  • Manage customer relationships on a continuous basis, drive product adoption, prevent churn, and identify opportunities for renewals and expansions

  • Analyze customer data to improve configurations and optimize performance

  • Own the customer journey from onboarding through long-term success

Requirements:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or a similar client-facing role with strong technical orientation
    OR
    A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with a highly customer-oriented mindset

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer needs into system configurations and structured solutions

  • Basic hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON – mandatory
    (Ability to understand and apply configurations within a customizable system, not just read code)

  • Experience working in implementation or process-driven environments – an advantage

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

  • High level of ownership and accountability

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew
