Spearhead the planning, design, and implementation of strategic infrastructure projects.
Serve as the primary point of escalation, providing guidance and solutions for technical and non-technical issues.
Cultivate strong client relationships, understanding their needs to deliver tailored cloud solutions.
Develop and execute training programs to enhance skills and boost team productivity.
Stay current with cloud technologies and methodologies, continuously evaluating new tools and approaches.
Drive awesome results for industry-leading startups and companies, influencing their business growth.

5+ years of experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting large-scale cloud systems.
2+ years of managerial experience in leading DevOps Engineers.
Strong leadership skills, fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
Proficiency in AWS infrastructure using IaC tools.
Deep understanding of Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD methodologies.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the startup ecosystem.
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
