Who You Are: You are a dynamic leader with a strong background in customer management and digital processes. You excel in strategic planning, team management, and project execution. Your expertise lies in enhancing customer experiences, developing advanced marketing strategies, and driving digital transformation. You are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for fostering relationships and achieving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and strengthen relationships with the company's customers, including making calls and holding meetings with strategic clients.

  • Improve customer experience through process automation, reducing product turnaround times, and enhancing the professionalism of service providers.

  • Plan, develop, and manage various digital processes, including campaigns, organic promotion, branding, and social media initiatives.

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for handling customer relationships and digital processes within the company.

  • Develop data-driven and advanced marketing strategies for customers and implement these strategies in advertising campaigns.

  • Oversee various projects in the digital domain, including planning, resource management, budgeting, time management, and monitoring progress and performance.

  • Reduce customer abandonment rates by creating and implementing retention processes to improve the customer experience.

  • Ensure the renewal of agreements with existing customers and expand the customer portfolio through high satisfaction levels.

  • Manage the company's digital systems, identify new systems, and integrate them into work processes.

  • Recruit employees for various departments, including filtering job descriptions, conducting job interviews, and onboarding new hires.

  • Develop and implement training mechanisms for employees.

  • Provide monthly reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a managerial customer management and digital role in online media industry.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams in a digital/marketing agency

  • Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities.

  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies.

  • Proficient in digital systems and tools relevant to marketing and customer management.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

  • Analytical thinking with the ability to use data to drive decisions and strategy.

  • Experience in recruiting and training employees.
