Digital Account Manager

A digital marketing agency located in Tel Aviv, that specializes in marketing services for the Israeli market is looking for a talented and driven Digital Account Manager to join the digital team. This is a key client-facing role that involves end-to-end management of digital processes, ongoing client communication, strategic planning, and cross-team coordination. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients – understanding their needs, aligning expectations, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction

  • Translate client goals into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams (media, creative, content, design)

  • Oversee the creative and media process from planning through to launch, including post-campaign reviews and insights

  • Lead client meetings, present deliverables, gather feedback, and produce performance reports

  • Manage budgets, timelines, proposals, and contracts in collaboration with the client

  • Proactively suggest new ideas, initiatives, and opportunities to improve client outcomes and drive growth

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in client management in a marketing or digital agency – mandatory

  • Solid understanding of the digital ecosystem – paid media, content, social media, websites, and data – advantage

  • Excellent interpersonal and client management skills with the ability to multitask

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities across multiple stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools

  • Outstanding communication and writing skills in Hebrew (both verbal and written); strong English – advantage

  • Understanding of performance metrics (KPIs) and ability to interpret campaign reports – even if not managing campaigns directly - an advantage
