CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

A dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company that produces beauty and wellness products, is looking for a rockstar CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), tasked with overseeing the development and enhancement of the company’s website. 
This role requires a deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape, including market trends, consumer behavior, and technology innovations

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Product Strategy

  • Introduce new site features as needed

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends

  • Create a high level of website functionality, and deliver the optimal user experience.

  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

  • Monitor and analyze ecommerce product performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and use this data to make informed decisions about product strategy and development.

  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform product decisions.

  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective design elements and call-to-action placements.

  • Ensures accurate and timely content updates

  • Personalization and customer segmentation

  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns and oversee the customer club/card program to enhance customer engagement and loyalty

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years experience in Ecommerce Product Management/ CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

  • Proven ability testing the economic substance of revenue and performing data analysis.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmap

  • Data-driven problem-solver with a proven track record in ecommerce

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in optimize and improve user experience and interface 

  • Experience in track and report on ecommerce CRO and KPIs

  • Usage of analytics tools to monitor sales trends, conversion rates, and customer engagement

  • Experience in email marketing and managing customer loyalty programs

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to generate and execute new ideas 

  • Familiarity with with CSS, SQL - an advantage

  • Familiarity with with Figma, Canva - an advantage

  • Experience with Automation/ABTesting systems - a big advantage

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA - an advantage
