Fullstack Developer

A technology-driven company operating in the digital comparison and performance marketing space is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join its growing R&D team.

We are looking for a developer with a strong technical foundation across the stack, especially in React and Node.js, who is also business-oriented and able to translate ideas into high-quality product features.

In this role, you will take part in discussions with the R&D team, help shape new ideas, and turn them into production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of complex analytical systems features from concept to production

  • Translate user, product, business, and marketing requirements into practical system-level solutions

  • Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from planning to implementation

  • Work closely with leadership to ensure the system supports business objectives

  • Gather feedback from production and field usage to drive ongoing product improvements

  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance and capabilities

  • Participate in technical discussions and help drive development decisions

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of professional experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React

  • At least 2 years of experience working in AdTech or a similar industry

  • Experience working with databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar

  • Solid experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)

  • At least 1 year experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar in day-to-day work

  • Strong ability to take ownership of projects and deliver solutions end-to-end

  • Ability to translate complex or ambiguous requirements into clear implementation

  • Experience with NestJS - an advantage

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills and a business-oriented mindset
