A performance marketing agency that manages large-scale campaigns for leading global brands, mainly in the U.S. is looking for for a sharp, analytical, and business-minded Growth & Strategic Client Manager to join the fast-paced performance marketing environment. In this role, you’ll own and grow relationships with top global clients, lead large-scale digital campaigns, and turn business objectives into measurable growth. You’ll combine strategy, data, and performance marketing expertise to drive real impact across international markets.
Responsibilities:

Manage and expand strategic client accounts while ensuring long-term partnerships and consistent performance.

Oversee campaign performance across multiple channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Identify growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients.

Develop and present data-driven strategies, performance reports, and growth roadmaps.

Collaborate with media, creative, and analytics teams to deliver measurable marketing impact.

Occasionally travel abroad for conferences or client meetings as needed.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in performance marketing, client management, or growth roles.

Proven record of managing global, high-value accounts and delivering measurable results.

Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of digital marketing channels.

Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

High level of English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
