A performance marketing agency that manages large-scale campaigns for leading global brands, mainly in the U.S. is looking for for a sharp, analytical, and business-minded Growth & Strategic Client Manager to join the fast-paced performance marketing environment. In this role, you’ll own and grow relationships with top global clients, lead large-scale digital campaigns, and turn business objectives into measurable growth. You’ll combine strategy, data, and performance marketing expertise to drive real impact across international markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand strategic client accounts while ensuring long-term partnerships and consistent performance.

  • Oversee campaign performance across multiple channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.

  • Identify growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients.

  • Develop and present data-driven strategies, performance reports, and growth roadmaps.

  • Collaborate with media, creative, and analytics teams to deliver measurable marketing impact.

  • Occasionally travel abroad for conferences or client meetings as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, client management, or growth roles.

  • Proven record of managing global, high-value accounts and delivering measurable results.

  • Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of digital marketing channels.

  • Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

  • High level of English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
