A company that provides cloud cost reduction value is looking to hire highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to lead and build the company's marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing marketing operations strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

  • Participate in sales enablement activities, working closely with sales team to understand what content, training, and activities can help them work more efficiently with customers.

  • Oversee the development of compelling marketing content, collateral, and presentations.

  • Monitor and report on key marketing performance metrics and KPIs.

  • Work closely with sales to optimise conversion of the leads

  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

  • Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.

  • Actively cultivate and manage strong partnerships with AWS marketing teams, building and maintaining relationships that drive mutual success by leveraging joint resources and executing aligned marketing initiatives.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing programs

Requirements:

  • BSc or BA in Marketing or relevant field

  • Background in computer science or engineering- a big advantage

  • Excellent knowledge of the B2B / StartUp customer segment and their unique needs and challenges.

  • 5-7 years of experience in leading marketing roles,

  • Experience within the cloud industry.

  • Proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies and campaigns in a technology/SaaS environment.

  • In-depth understanding of SaaS business models, target markets, and customer personas.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable marketing plans.

  • Excellent project management skills to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse marketing metrics and make data-backed decisions.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create compelling content and present to internal and external audiences.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of cloud and technology industry trends.

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and related technologies, particularly AWS and experience working with technical buyer audiences.

  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Strong copywriting skills.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
