A company that provides cloud cost reduction value is looking to hire a Head of Sales to join the dynamic company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and guide a high-performing sales team to consistently surpass individual and team targets.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, development, and excellence within the sales organization.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through deal closure and customer onboarding.

  • Craft and execute a strategic recruitment strategy to attract and onboard top-tier talent.

  • Design and implement training initiatives that enhance the team's skill set and knowledge base.

  • Shape and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth plans.

  • Identify new market segments and opportunities to drive revenue and expand the business.

  • Scale and refine sales processes to support rapid growth and enhance operational effectiveness.

  • Establish, track, and optimize KPIs to continuously improve sales performance and outcomes.

  • Drive demand generation efforts to maintain a robust and healthy sales pipeline.

  • Develop and fine-tune lead generation strategies, incorporating both inbound and outbound approaches to maximize conversions.

  • Nurture and strengthen strategic vendor relationships, particularly with AWS, to ensure seamless collaboration.

  • Build trust with customers by deeply understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that demonstrate our value.

  • Prepare and present persuasive proposals that highlight our value and win new business.

  • Collect and analyze market feedback to provide strategic insights that shape our sales strategies and foster ongoing improvement.

  • Represent the company as a key figure at industry events, promoting our brand and generating valuable leads.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about customer success, with a strong problem-solving mindset.

  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services and FinOps technologies, enabling clear communication of their value to customers.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.

  • Over 4 years of experience in sales leadership at a startup, with a proven track record of selling to senior technical decision-makers like DevOps Managers, VPs of R&D, and CTOs.

  • Experience within the cloud industry.

  • Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, alongside familiarity with cutting-edge sales tools, including AI-driven platforms to optimize sales and SDR operations.

  • Proven success in building and leading high-performing sales teams, closing high-value deals, and driving rapid business growth.

  • Strong negotiation skills, backed by a history of consistently exceeding sales targets.

  • Skilled in data-driven decision-making, with a focus on continuous learning and adaptability to changing market conditions.

  • Experienced in scaling sales processes, developing accurate forecasts, and providing strategic insights to executive leadership.

  • Entrepreneurial thinker with a passion for innovation and business growth.

  • Capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for customers.

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively influence stakeholders across all levels.
