Head of Finance

A dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company that produces beauty and wellness products, is looking for a talented Head of Finance to join the company.
As Head of Finance, you’ll lead all financial planning, strategy, and control across the company. This is a key role at the heart of the business – working closely with the CEO, managing the finance team, and building the tools and insights the company needs to make smart decisions at scale.

Day-to-day financial management: cash flow control, forecasting, vendor relations, expense tracking, collections, and monthly/quarterly closings
Budgeting and FP&A: lead the company’s annual and long-term budgeting, profitability analysis, cost modeling, and pricing strategies
Financial systems and process optimization: implement and improve systems, tools, dashboards, and internal controls
Reporting and compliance: ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and investors
Strategic finance partner: work hand-in-hand with the CEO on business planning, board materials, and key financial decisions
Team leadership: manage and mentor the finance team (collections, accounting, FP&A)

Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Accounting / Business – required
CPA certification or Master’s degree – required
7–10 years of experience in various financial roles – required
Proven experience managing financial operations with high-volume cash flow – required
Experience working with investors, external auditors, and tax authorities – required
Strong command of Excel and BI tools – required
Excellent English – required (working with international markets)
Prior team management experience – an advantage
