Lead Creative Strategist

A fast-growing eCommerce company is looking for an experienced Lead Creative Strategist to lead and scale its creative performance function.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who combines strategic thinking, consumer psychology, creative excellence, and strong analytical skills.
The ideal candidate has a proven background in DTC eCommerce, performance creative, UGC-driven campaigns, and data-driven decision making. This role includes managing a small team while remaining highly involved in strategy, creative development, testing, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of creative strategists and content professionals.

Develop and execute creative strategies for customer acquisition campaigns.

Build high-performing creative concepts, hooks, messaging angles, and campaign frameworks.

Lead UGC and performance creative initiatives across digital channels.

Analyze creative performance and identify winning patterns based on key metrics.

Translate customer insights into compelling marketing narratives.

Collaborate closely with Growth, Media Buying, and Creative teams.

Build scalable creative testing frameworks and optimization processes.

Continuously identify new opportunities, trends, and creative approaches.
Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, Growth Marketing, or similar roles.

Proven experience in DTC eCommerce environments

Previous team management experience

Strong experience leading UGC and performance creative initiatives

Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on performance data.

Deep understanding of customer psychology and direct-response marketing.

Experience creating creative briefs, scripts, hooks, and performance-driven messaging.
