A fast-growing AI startup, specializing in democratizing intelligence and redefining human expression through cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs), is looking for a Technical Lead to guide the next stage of its innovation.
In this role, you will lead both the hands-on development and the technical direction of advanced LLM-based solutions, ensuring scalability, robustness, and real-world impact.

Responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on development of advanced algorithms for complex AI challenges, ensuring scalability and robustness in production.

• Provide technical leadership in LLM development, defining innovative approaches and driving high-performing solutions.

• Define and execute a technical roadmap aligned with the company’s mission.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable AI solutions.

• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and integrate state-of-the-art methods into the company’s offerings.

• Manage day-to-day execution for a team of researchers, ensuring alignment of priorities with business goals.

• Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and support career development for direct reports.

• Coordinate across teams to remove blockers and secure necessary resources.

• Lead recruiting efforts and contribute to building a world-class AI research team.
