Operations & Logistics Coordinator

A fast-growing eCommerce company in the wellness and beauty space, operating in both Israel and the US is looking for a skilled Operations & Logistics Coordinator. This role serves as the operational “eyes and hands” of the company, with full responsibility over day-to-day logistics and supply chain execution. You will work closely with external Third-Party Logistics warehouses and shipping partners, ensuring smooth operations across local and international activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor order lifecycle, shipments, and delivery timelines

  • Work closely with external Third-Party Logistics providers and logistics vendors

  • Ensure inventory accuracy across systems and physical stock

  • Conduct inventory counts and analyze discrepancies

  • Track and improve Service Level Agreement performance and logistics KPIs

  • Troubleshoot operational issues in real-time

  • Support product onboarding and operational setup (SKU data, barcodes, logistics attributes)

  • Identify process gaps and lead operational improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics / operations / supply chain

  • Experience working with Third-Party Logistics providers and distribution companies

  • Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, KPIs)

  • Hands-on operational experience, including inventory management

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English

  • Experience with Shopify / ERP systems / Monday / Mantis - Advantage

  • Background in eCommerce operations- Advantage

  • Experience with import/export processes - Advantage

  • Relevant academic degree (Logistics / Business / Economics) - Advantage
