Logistic Coordinator

A dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company that produces beauty and wellness products, is looking for a skilled Logistic Coordinator

Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Plan and co-ordinate the incoming and outgoing of goods, storage and dispatch of all items in a timely and efficient manner
Perform all related administrative tasks associated with transportation management, including maintaining inbound schedule updates, coordinating with carriers and vendors, and ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping
Ensure all orders are picked and packed correctly
Stay abreast of international trade regulations, customs requirements, and transportation laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Responding to any issues and complaints and providing solutions, such as customs delays, port congestion, and geopolitical factors.
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Maintain strong relationships and collaborate closely with logistics providers to negotiate contracts, find alternative solutions for new routes to market, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Overseeing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.

Proven working experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Good work ethic and 'can do' attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Deep understanding of international transportation modes, including ocean freight, air freight, and land transportation.
Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing relationships with transportation providers.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools - an advantage
