Purchasing Manager

A dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company that produces beauty and wellness products, is looking for a talented Purchasing manager

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the companies purchasing system. Enter and track lead times, work orders, re-order levels, prices, and other key data.
Manage product component purchases, including: Suppliers Relations, Ordering, Receiving, Tracking, Expediting and Reporting.
Assist in finished good production scheduling and prioritization.
Research and implement new suppliers to meet new component requirements, cost savings objectives, supplier redundancy, and fulfillment rapidity.
Develop long term relationships with suppliers to ensure that all components meet quality, cost, quantity, and delivery deadline objectives.
Ensure material availability by establishing reliable and proper lead times with suppliers.
Production control and security

2+ years of experience in purchasing/product management for a consumer goods manufacturing company
Familiarity with the field of product management
Familiarity and technological control with logistics software and Excel
English at a high level
Experience in a small growing company
Be able to handle strong corporate growth.
Be able to handle multiple issues and duties simultaneously.
Must be extremely detail oriented.
Must be a reliable and dependable team player with a strong work ethic.
Wellness/Beauty/Cosmetic/Fashion industry a plus.
