A dynamic, growing e-commerce company in the wellness and beauty world, operating in Israel and the US, is looking for an Operations & Logistics Coordinator.

The role has a direct impact on the customer experience and on the brand's
operational ability to grow.
The role is the company's "hands and eyes" in the field. It includes full management of the operational supply chain, close work with the external 3PL warehouse (HFD) and the distribution companies, and control over all logistics processes in Israel and abroad.
Ensure a smooth and accurate logistics workflow, with full ownership of
physical inventory accuracy, meeting distribution SLAs, and carrying out the operational set-up of the company's products in the field systems.

Responsibilities:

• Daily follow-up of open orders, delivery times and exceptions.

• Control of shipment status and real-time issue resolution with the distribution companies and customer service.

• Regular daily coordination with the external 3PL (HFD).

• Daily shipment gap checks and weekly reset.

• Tracking SLA compliance (picking time and delivery to the customer) and producing
  performance reports in BI.

• Control of picking errors, trend analysis and producing insights for improvement.

• Managing office shipments and returns, and reporting peak days to the distribution
  company.

• Daily control of the match between physical stock in the warehouse and the systems (Shopify/Mantis).

• Managing and performing monthly and quarterly inventory counts, gap analysis and
  reporting exceptions to the procurement coordinator.

• Balancing physical inventory between distribution centers in Israel and the US.

• Receiving product data from the product manager and performing a full Set-Up in the 3PL systems (Mantis).

• Updating and verifying logistics information in the field: weights, dimensions, SKUs and
  picking locations.

• Checking logistics readiness for launches: barcode scanning integrity and picking quality (QC) when new goods arrive.

• Identifying bottlenecks in the field and proposing data-based solutions.

• Leading logistics projects (new systems, packing methods) and reconciling charges with logistics providers.
