A dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company that produces nutritional supplements products, is looking for a passionated Loyalty Program Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the loyalty program and enhance customer retention.

  • Conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, and track industry trends to align activities with the brand’s identity.

  • Lead the development and execution of exclusive promotions, offers, and customer engagement activities.

  • Measure program effectiveness using data analysis, reporting, and continuous optimization.

  • Develop creative incentives, loyalty rewards, and special events to increase customer engagement.

  • Stay up to date with market trends and implement relevant innovations into the loyalty program.

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure program success and alignment with company goals.​

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing a customer loyalty program in a recognized brand (fashion, cosmetics, beauty, wellness or accessories).

  • Proven ability to develop and implement loyalty program strategies with measurable results.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.

  • Experience in planning and managing email, SMS, and social media campaigns.

  • Proficiency in working with customer management systems (CRM) such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms.

  • High attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to identify customer trends and create engaging initiatives.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing customer loyalty programs.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer journey mapping.
