Loyalty Program Manager

A dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company that produces beauty and wellness products, is looking for a passionated Loyalty Program Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new members through campaigns across email, social media, and the company website.

  • Create clear value propositions for potential members to join the program.

  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through direct engagement.

  • Regularly update member information in the database.

  • Ensure customer data is secure and complies with privacy laws.

  • Develop an annual plan for the loyalty program with clear goals.

  • Set targets for member count, program revenue, and engagement rates.

  • Plan promotions and benefits aligned with seasons, business events, and product launches.

  • Understand and segment target audiences within the program.

  • Plan and manage digital campaigns to raise program awareness.

  • Organize exclusive events such as private launches and special sales days.

  • Initiate strategic partnerships with other brands to offer added value to members.

  • Develop a personalized service policy to differentiate loyalty members.

  • Manage customer feedback and implement data-driven improvements.

  • Create satisfaction surveys and extract insights for service enhancement.

  • Create marketing content for members across newsletters, SMS, and social media.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce marketing materials.

  • Track member behavior, including purchases, engagement, and benefit usage.

  • Generate monthly performance reports with active member counts and ROI analysis.

  • Identify trends in member purchasing behavior.

  • Highlight VIP members and focus on retention strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in managing loyalty programs – must!

  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, customer journey management, and communication across digital channels.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and familiarity with analytics tools 

  • Experience in e-commerce environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and lead projects to completion.

  • Creativity, strong analytical thinking, and excellent management skills.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
