A fast-growing company operating in the flexible workspace is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its digital marketing efforts end-to-end.
This is a hands-on role for a strategic marketer with strong execution skills, deep digital expertise, and experience working with external partners.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and comfortable owning campaigns from strategy to performance optimization.
Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Leadership

Own the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals

Translate business objectives into clear marketing strategies and actionable plans

Agency & Vendor Management

Manage and collaborate with external partners, including PPC agencies, social media managers, and designers

Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and optimized for performance

Digital & Social Media Ownership

Lead digital presence across paid and organic channels

Drive brand awareness, engagement, and qualified lead generation through social platforms

Performance Analysis & Optimization

Monitor KPIs and campaign performance across channels

Analyze data, identify trends and insights, and continuously improve results

Creative Collaboration

Work closely with designers and content creators to produce compelling, high-quality marketing assets

Ensure creative aligns with brand tone, audience needs, and campaign objectives
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing

Proven experience working with external agencies and suppliers

Solid understanding of digital marketing disciplines: PPC, social, SEO/SEM, content, and marketing automation

High proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office

Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation tools – an advantage

Canva proficiency, press/content writing experience, and creation of marketing materials – an advantage

Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
