A fast-growing company operating in the flexible workspace is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its digital marketing efforts end-to-end.
This is a hands-on role for a strategic marketer with strong execution skills, deep digital expertise, and experience working with external partners.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and comfortable owning campaigns from strategy to performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Leadership

  • Own the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals

  • Translate business objectives into clear marketing strategies and actionable plans

  • Agency & Vendor Management

  • Manage and collaborate with external partners, including PPC agencies, social media managers, and designers

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and optimized for performance

  • Digital & Social Media Ownership

  • Lead digital presence across paid and organic channels

  • Drive brand awareness, engagement, and qualified lead generation through social platforms

  • Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor KPIs and campaign performance across channels

  • Analyze data, identify trends and insights, and continuously improve results

  • Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers and content creators to produce compelling, high-quality marketing assets

  • Ensure creative aligns with brand tone, audience needs, and campaign objectives
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing

  • Proven experience working with external agencies and suppliers

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing disciplines: PPC, social, SEO/SEM, content, and marketing automation

  • High proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office

  • Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation tools – an advantage

  • Canva proficiency, press/content writing experience, and creation of marketing materials – an advantage

  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
