An innovative performance marketing agency, that provides marketing solutions to a diverse range of clients B2C and B2B, is looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Media Buyer.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategies: Create and implement effective media buying strategies tailored to campaign goals.

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences and media consumption patterns.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, monitor, and optimize media campaigns to achieve the best possible ROI.

  • Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign metrics and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

  • Budget Management: Allocate resources efficiently and prepare budget recommendations and forecasts.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align efforts and ensure cohesive messaging.

  • Adaptability: Adjust media plans based on evolving market conditions and performance data.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Present campaign progress and insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in media buying in the global market—a must.

  • Proven success in managing media buying campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field—an advantage.

  • High-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.

  • Experience with media buying software and tools.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
