Fullstack AI Developer (Mid-Level)

We are looking for a talented Fullstack AI Developer to join a product company operating in the eCommerce and AI space. In this role, you will be responsible for building next-generation AI-powered capabilities, integrating Generative AI technologies, and developing intelligent AI Agents that enhance automation, customer experience, and business performance.

You will play a key role in transforming existing systems into data-driven, learning platforms that serve thousands of business users.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents for business processes such as customer service automation, catalog optimization, and operational workflows.

  • Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source alternatives.

  • Build scalable and secure backend services supporting AI workflows, including RAG architectures and Vector Databases.

  • Develop intuitive frontend applications using React and modern web technologies to present AI-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Own the end-to-end AI pipeline, including prompt engineering, model integration, monitoring, and production deployment.

  • Collaborate closely with product and business teams to identify opportunities where AI can generate measurable business value.

  • Contribute to architectural decisions and maintain high engineering standards across the platform.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Fullstack development.

  • Strong hands-on experience with: Node.js, React, TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL.

  • Proven experience building AI-powered applications using LLM technologies such as: OpenAI API, Anthropic API, Similar Generative AI platforms.

  • Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and Webhooks.

  • Strong understanding of data flows, system architecture, and scalable application design.

  • Experience working with cloud environments (AWS preferred).

  • Experience with AI Agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or similar. - advantage

  • Hands-on experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or equivalent technologies. - advantage

  • Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures. - advantage

  • Background in eCommerce, SaaS, or customer-facing product environments. - advantage
