Senior Mobile User Acquisition Manager

A dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company in the beauty and wellness industry, is looking for a talented Senior User Acquisition Manager to join the team.


  • Drive growth, oversee, and optimize paid marketing channels to maximize return on investment (ROI).

  • Conduct A/B testing on various strategies, creative elements, and other variables to enhance top-of-funnel conversions.

  • Identify, explore, and execute on new opportunities to attract users.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic decisions aimed at increasing overall return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Collaborate closely with content and design teams to develop compelling creatives.

  • Stay abreast of relevant trends and unconventional marketing opportunities, contributing fresh ideas to the team.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing performance campaigns with budgets exceeding $300k on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and other social networks.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; preference given to degrees in quantitative disciplines.

  • Experience with ecommerce campaigns

  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Business Intelligence (BI), Amplitude, or similar platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and make effective decisions.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for marketing and analytics.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

  • Experience in mobile app campaigns - an advantage
