A leading global company specializing in machine-learning-based real-time bidding (RTB) platforms for mobile advertising is looking to hire a talented Senior Mobile User Acquisition Manager. 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid mobile user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Unity, AppLovin, and programmatic platforms.

  • Analyze data, identify trends, and improve key metrics such as ROAS, LTV, and CAC through A/B testing and strategic optimizations.

  • Collaborate with creative, data, and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and user funnels.

  • Build and manage relationships with ad networks, agencies, and external partners.

  • Own and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging UA opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile user acquisition, in a B2C product or gaming company or AdTech.

  • Proven success managing and scaling UA budgets of $1M+/month with measurable performance impact in the global market.

  • Strong understanding of mobile attribution, MMPs (e.g., Singular), and user analytics.

  • Analytical thinker with experience using Excel, BI tools, and MMP dashboards to drive optimizations.

  • Experience with creative testing methodologies and performance marketing best practices.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take full ownership of the role.

  • High proficiency in English.

  • Startup mindset: hands-on mentality, can-do attitude, and goal-oriented approach.
