Operations Manager - Logistics & Procurement

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company in the Beauty & Wellness industry, operating in a dynamic, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong Supply Chain, Logistics and Procurement experience to take ownership of the company's operational activity and lead the day-to-day operations.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's end-to-end supply chain, logistics, procurement and inventory operations, while managing a Logistics Coordinator and a Procurement Coordinator.

This is a key role with end-to-end ownership of the operational function, combining team management and hands-on execution with supply chain management, process improvement, problem-solving and building scalable operational infrastructure.

The role involves working closely with local and international suppliers, fulfillment centers, 3PL providers, shipping companies and internal teams to ensure an efficient, accurate and reliable supply chain and operational flow.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the company's end-to-end supply chain and day-to-day operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory and fulfillment.

  • Manage the Logistics Coordinator and Procurement Coordinator, including task allocation, prioritization, follow-up and performance management.

  • Manage and optimize the supply chain flow from procurement and supplier orders through inventory, fulfillment and shipping.

  • Oversee inventory levels, purchasing, orders, fulfillment operations and shipping, including close day-to-day coordination with 3PL and fulfillment partners such as HFD.

  • Manage relationships with local and international suppliers, including operational negotiations, SLA monitoring, delivery tracking and resolving issues and exceptions.

  • Analyze sales and demand data to support supply chain planning, procurement decisions and inventory availability.

  • Monitor inventory accuracy and identify potential shortages, excess inventory and supply chain bottlenecks.

  • Manage and improve operational systems and workflows, including Shopify and Zoho CRM/ERP.

  • Maintain accurate SKU, inventory and logistics data and produce operational reports and analysis.

  • Identify operational and supply chain bottlenecks and lead process improvement and automation initiatives.

  • Define and monitor operational KPIs to improve efficiency, accuracy and cost effectiveness.

  • Take ownership of operational and supply chain issues and troubleshoot problems in real time, from identification through resolution.

  • Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Product Development and Customer Service to ensure smooth cross-functional processes and clear ownership.

  • Build and improve operational and supply chain processes and infrastructure that can support the company's continued growth and scale.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Procurement, preferably within e-commerce, retail or consumer goods companies - required.

  • Proven experience in Supply Chain Management and end-to-end supply chain operations - required.

  • Proven experience working with fulfillment centers, 3PL providers, shipping companies and suppliers - required.

  • Experience managing employees or coordinators - required.

  • Experience managing procurement, suppliers, inventory and supply planning.

  • Strong hands-on approach combined with a systematic, end-to-end ownership mindset.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and data analysis.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken - required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with Shopify and Zoho CRM/ERP - a significant advantage.

  • Experience leading process improvements and automation initiatives - a significant advantage.

  • Experience in operational negotiations - a significant advantage.

  • Experience with import/export processes - an advantage.
