An AI-driven startup helping global brands improve customer retention, engagement, and growth through advanced machine learning and real-time automation. The team combines data science, AI, and product innovation to deliver measurable business impact and solve complex challenges. 

We’re looking for a Product Operator to join a fast-moving AI startup. This is a hands-on role for someone with basic technical experience in Python or SQL who wants to grow in a startup environment.

You’ll work closely with engineering, data, and the CTO, supporting both technical execution and product initiatives, while also contributing to business insights from client data.

This role is best suited for candidates early in their career who are eager to learn, build, and grow in a technical startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support engineering and data teams with coding, testing, and analysis

  • Extract and analyze client data to support product and business decisions

  • Assist with product management tasks

  • Take ownership of cross-functional technical tasks

  • Work closely with the CTO on company-wide initiatives

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Python and SQL (military, personal projects, or work)

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Interest in both technical and product/PM work

  • Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in a dynamic startup environment

  • Good communication and teamwork skills
