Responsibilities:

Build, lead and mentor the campaigns team.

Utilize data-driven insights to analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Provide valuable marketing insights applicable to product development and across various channels.

Oversee and optimize UA and retargeting campaigns to exceed performance targets.
Requirements:

Proven experience leading growth/marketing analysis/UA teams

Experience in the performance marketing industry in the global market

Exceptional analytical skills to process complex parameters and drive decision-making under pressure and in a demanding ecosystem

Demonstrated experience overseeing the optimization of campaigns to achieve and surpass performance targets is essential.
