A global leader in performance marketing is looking for Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead high-impact, global campaigns across top social platforms. If you’re passionate about performance marketing, thrive in data-driven environments, and love turning insights into scalable strategy, this role is for you. You’ll take full ownership of large-scale campaigns across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. Your focus will be on planning, execution, optimization, and mentoring a team, with direct influence on business growth and user acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple social platforms

Analyze data and translate performance insights into actionable decisions

Define and track KPIs to meet business targets

Collaborate closely with product, content, creative, and BI teams

Stay up to date with platform trends and algorithm updates
Requirements:

3+ years managing high-budget Facebook campaigns

Experience with TikTok and YouTube - an advantage

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) from a university – required

Proven experience in large-scale UA or performance marketing

Experience in B2B and/or B2B2C

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Fluent Hebrew and English (written and spoken)

Experience in fast-paced, data-heavy marketing environments
