Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, primarily in tech, cloud, and IT services.

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs and company goals.

  • Create effective sourcing strategies and proactively engage with passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.

  • Screen, interview, and guide candidates through a smooth and professional recruitment process.

  • Own and maintain job descriptions and promote roles across relevant channels.

  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience while balancing efficiency and quality of hire.

  • Track recruitment metrics, optimize funnels, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting in a tech environment.

  • 1+ year of experience in global hiring processes.

  • Proven sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology (especially cloud/infra-related).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – in both Hebrew and English.

  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

  • A genuine passion for people, networking, and problem-solving.
