Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, primarily in tech, cloud, and IT services.

Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs and company goals.

Create effective sourcing strategies and proactively engage with passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.

Screen, interview, and guide candidates through a smooth and professional recruitment process.

Own and maintain job descriptions and promote roles across relevant channels.

Provide an outstanding candidate experience while balancing efficiency and quality of hire.

Track recruitment metrics, optimize funnels, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:

4+ years of experience in recruiting in a tech environment.

1+ year of experience in global hiring processes.

Proven sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology (especially cloud/infra-related).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – in both Hebrew and English.

Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
