An innovative performance marketing agency, that provides marketing solutions to a diverse range of clients B2C and B2B, is looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager.
Responsibilities:

​Manage large-scale performance campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat for international brands.

Conduct thorough market research to understand target audiences and media consumption habits.

Oversee the entire campaign process including strategy development, execution, and optimization.

Optimize media campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI), focusing on metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and user acquisition costs.

Run A/B tests and analyze data to continually improve campaign performance.

Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to refine acquisition strategies.

​Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop cohesive, engaging ad content.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a user acquisition or performance marketing role.

Proven success managing high-budget, global campaigns.

Strong knowledge of various user acquisition channels and tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills.
-
Familiarity with agile development processes is a plus.
