A performance marketing agency specializing in large-scale user acquisition campaigns for top global brands, is looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing high-performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, driving business growth, and ensuring high ROI for global brands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about data, marketing, and performance-driven strategies.

Manage large-scale performance campaigns across Google for international brands.
Conduct thorough market research to understand target audiences and media consumption habits.
Oversee the entire campaign process including strategy development, execution, and optimization.
Optimize media campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI), focusing on metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and user acquisition costs.
Run A/B tests and analyze data to continually improve campaign performance.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to refine acquisition strategies.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop cohesive, engaging ad content.

3+ years of experience in a user acquisition or performance marketing role.
Proven success managing high-budget campaigns.
Extensive experience with Google Ads.
Experience in B2C performance marketing
Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or other attribution platforms.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills.
Familiarity with agile development processes is a plus.
