An Innovative Design Firm Specializing in Early Stage Tech Startups is looking for a skilled and passionate UX Designer to join the amazing team.

The company provides a full range of design solutions, including visual identity, product design, web design and development, and captivating marketing materials. Their expertise lies in crafting complex B2B SaaS solutions within dynamic industries such as Cyber Security, Web3, AI, Developer Tools, IaC, and more. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with multiple dynamic young tech startups in an iterative design process.

  • Understand the problems they are solving, their solutions, and their user base.

  • Develop fresh design concepts for new products.

  • Build and enrich design systems.

  • Support the maturing process of these products with sharp and consistent design.

  • Work internally with the company's team leads and other members, and externally with founders, product managers, and front-end developers.

Requirements:

  • B.A in a relevant field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing complex software products (dashboards/web applications)

  • Impressive portfolio showcasing your UX skills

  • Experience in design of B2B web applications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English

  • Experience with Figma and various prototyping tools

  • Deep understanding of complex products

  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

  • Pixel-perfect work habits

  • Relevant AI tools (advantageous)
