A fast-growing e-commerce company operating in the beauty and wellness industry is looking for a talented UX UI Designer to join the company.
In this pivotal role, you will take charge of managing the website's design and user experience, ensuring it reflects the brand values, captivates the audience, and maximizes customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for a user-centered design approach to create intuitive and visually appealing website experiences for the target audience.

  • Oversee the overall design and functionality of the e-commerce website, ensuring visual consistency and smooth navigation for users.

  • Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders.

  • Create stunning and consistent user interface designs for product pages, category pages, checkout process, and other website elements to enhance the shopping experience.

  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize website performance and user engagement.

  • Develop mobile-friendly designs for a seamless experience on various devices and screen sizes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, for timely design updates and enhancements.

  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven design decisions.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative design ideas to the website.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in the e-commerce or beauty and wellness field.

  • A compelling portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing websites with a focus on user experience and aesthetics.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven design.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.

  • Passion for beauty and wellness industries, with a desire to create a positive impact through design.

  • Experience with global market an advantage

  • Experience with Shopify an advantage
