We are looking for a proactive and technology-oriented professional to join a growing product company. This role combines website implementation, customer-facing technical support, process automation, and the adoption of AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with technology, solving problems, improving processes, and helping customers get the most value from digital platforms. You will be involved in website setup and customization, customer requests, troubleshooting, data management, and the implementation of automation and AI tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and launch customer websites based on predefined specifications and business requirements.

  • Customize and improve existing websites, including design adjustments and technical enhancements.

  • Handle customer requests and provide ongoing technical support.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues while maintaining high service standards and response times.

  • Manage and maintain website data, including product uploads and supplier/customer databases.

  • Implement automation processes and AI-based tools to improve efficiency and user experience.

  • Create customized workflows, scripts, and solutions to streamline operational processes.

  • Collaborate with product and development teams to implement new technologies and platform improvements.

Requirements:

  • Completion of programming courses or relevant technical training.

  • Experience working with: HTML and CSS.

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - advan

  • Experience building and managing websites. - advantage

  • Experience with: JavaScript, Python, SQL - advantage

  • Experience implementing automation processes and AI-based solutions. - advantage

  • Experience with: React, Node.js, Next.js - advantage
